BUYORA currently ships within India only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD confirmation.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–8 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery location, courier partner, weather, holidays, logistics conditions, product availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Where tracking is provided by our fulfillment or courier partner, tracking information may be shared with the customer through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. BUYORA may not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

BUYORA does not generally accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, size preference, colour preference, or simply because the product is no longer wanted.

Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Customers must report eligible issues within 7 days of delivery and may be required to provide the order number, photographs, videos, packaging details, or other information necessary to assess the issue.

Where a replacement is approved, replacement will generally depend on product availability. If the same product is unavailable, BUYORA may provide an appropriate refund or alternative resolution.

BUYORA does not offer customer-requested exchanges for different sizes, colours, or preferences.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the funds to appear may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider.
